Welcome to Flight Orbit. By accessing or using this website (the "Site"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. They apply to everyone who uses the Site. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the Site.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking or enquiry through the Site. By doing so, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract.
Accuracy of your information. You are responsible for making sure that the details you give us, including names as shown on passports, dates and contact details, are correct.
Enquiries. Submitting an enquiry through the Site does not create a contract. A booking is only made once we have confirmed it to you in writing and any required payment has been received.
Availability. All holidays, flights and services are subject to availability and confirmation. We may decline or cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances, and will refund any money you have paid for it.
Payment. Payment terms, including any deposit and the date the balance is due, will be confirmed to you when you book. Our consultants will explain the accepted payment methods.
Prices. Prices shown on the Site are "from" prices per person, based on the travel dates and airport shown, and can change with availability, flight costs and currency movements. The price we confirm when you book is the price you pay.
Live flight results. Where the Site displays live flight fares, a fare is only guaranteed once it has been confirmed and ticketed. Saved results are labelled as such and may be out of date.
Errors. We take care to keep information accurate, but errors and omissions can occur. If we discover an error in the price or details of a holiday you have enquired about, we will tell you before any booking is confirmed.
The cancellation and amendment terms that apply depend on the holiday, airline and hotel concerned, and are confirmed to you at the time of booking. Please see our Booking Conditions for more detail.
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage, disable or impair it. Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any data held on it, and do not use automated tools to copy its content.
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos and design, is owned by Flight Orbit or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse any of it without our written permission.
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
The Site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes are posted on this page, and by continuing to use the Site after they are posted you accept the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
